As Alexis and Joslyn's conditions worsen, Steve finally figures out that they have both been injected with an unknown substance that he cannot find the cure for.
Jason and John go to Windemere where they encounter a suspicious Ewen.
Ewen gives Jerry the heads up about his surprise visitors and pleads with Jerry to tell him what he gave to Alexis and Joslyn.
Jerry springs Joe out of jail to do his bidding.
Trey proposes to Kristina that she agree to marry him in order to save his father from financial ruin. He then confesses that his father is in jail.
Mac and Shawn discuss Alexis unaware that she is in the hospital fighting for her life.
Starr bonds with Joslyn and then cries in Michael's arms about missing Hope.
John gets called to Atlantic City and is outraged to find that Joe has been released.
Jason returns to the hospital and hears the news that both Alexis and Joslyn were injected with a mystery chemical. Ewen stands nearby as Steve breaks the news to Sam, Carly and Jason that he does not yet know how to treat them.
Coming: Jerry's plans are moving along quickly. What else does he have planned?

Unlikely Alliance
The doctors remain puzzled at what is causing Alexis and Joslyn's strange symptoms.
John and Jason figure out that whatever is causing it is tied to Windemere and they head out together to investigate.
Michael comforts Carly who worries about what is wrong with her daughter as Kristina and Sam hold vigil at Alexis' bedside.
Jerry visits Joe in jail and it is clear that Joe is working for him although Joe does not know what Jerry's evil plans are.
Starr tries to get the truth out of Trey who regrets sharing anything with her but feels guilt over what he is about to do to Kristina.
Steve compares Joslyn and Alexis' symptoms to try and determine what is going on.
Epiphany and Patrick discuss his addiction and he apologizes for what he has done. Epiphany tells him that she is his friend but she will not hesitate to report him if he slips up.
Coming: Dante and Lulu work with Luke to identify the mystery man who was Heather's accomplice. Meanwhile Todd feels free of Heather's hold on him because of his knowledge about what Steve did in Tennessee.
