The Reason for Franco's Obsession

Olivia begged Sonny to get Johnny to lay off Steve but refused to tell Sonny what Johnny was holding over her head. Olivia warned Sonny that Johnny was becoming out of control and Sonny needs to put an end to it.

Kate had another session with Ewen and allowed him to hypnotize her again. Ewen again tried to get the truth from Connie about the gun found in her office but failed. Connie propositioned Steve who didn't recognize that Kate was not "herself". Steve later told Olivia about his weird moment with Kate.

Luke warned Carly about her involvement with Johnny.

Starr overheard Jason telling Michael not to be involved with Starr and then Sonny arrived at Michael's. Starr listened while Sonny asked Michael if he stood behind him. Michael said that of course he stood behind his father but he had also promised Starr that he wants the truth also.

Anna agreed to help John McBain find out the truth about Sonny's involvement in the accident but made him promise to follow the case even if it proved Sonny was not guilty.

Luke arrived and met John McBain. Anna told Luke that they were old friends but Luke wondered why John was there.

Sam listened in horror as Heather Webber told the story of Jason's birth. She explained that after Jason was born, Susan passed out and delivered a surprise second baby. She told Sam that she sold the baby to the nurse who helped deliver the baby. The nurse was Becky Frank- Franco's mother.

Sam ran from the room shocked at Heather's revelation and realized that the baby she is carrying could be Franco's.

Knowing that Heather Webber is not in her right mind, will Sam believe what Heather told her or will she dismiss it as the ramblings of an insane woman? Will she tell Jason what she found out or will she decide to hold the truth from him?

How will Sonny stop Johnny?

Starr seems more convinced than ever of Sonny's guilt and wants to see him pay. Is Starr right?

Will Kate finally be able to find out what Connie is hiding?

Heather Webber is determined to be free again and will stop at nothing to get her son's attention. What will happen should Heather be free again?

All this and more in the next few days...

I hear that Maxie's mom Felicia is coming to Port Charles. Hmmm. It is about time that she takes an interest in her daughter. What will her coming to town mean to Mac and to Maxie? Will she help Maxie to admit the truth?

Patrick tries to move forward after Robin's death but will he be able to deal with going on without Robin?

Personally I cannot wait for the Kate/Connie storyline to end but I imagine Sonny is going to have to sweat it out by going through a trial before the truth comes out. Maybe a dramatic courtroom moment will occur when Kate realizes that it was she (as Connie) who caused the accident that killed Starr's family?

Although I hate to see John McBain leave Port Charles, what other reason is there for him to stay? His vendetta against Sonny is a long-held one but he has no power in Port Charles.

The tease of having characters from OLTL was a fun idea but honestly, aside from Starr they don't seem to fit into the already overcrowded storylines that are happening right now.

Agree or disagree? What do you hope to see happen in the near future?

Misplaced Guilt

Starr spends the night at Michael's and then shares some of her story of her and Cole. Michael sympathizes with Starr, seeing parallels to his own past and losing Abbey.

John McBain goes to see Anna Devine who it turns out was a mentor of his when he was a young FBI agent. He asks Anna for his help in bringing down Sonny and Anna wisely sees that John has unfinished business with Sonny and tells him he might not be impartial enough to see the truth.

John tells Anna that Sonny killed his sister.

Maxie's arrignment day arrives and Patrick tells her that he does not blame her for Robin's death. Although Alexis advises Maxie to allow her to handle the plea, Maxie pleads guilty to murder.

Sam meets with Heather Webber who agrees to tell Sam what she wants to know if she will contact her son Steve for her. Sam knows that Heather has information about why Franco was so obsessed with Jason. She shows Heather the baby pictures of Jason from the dvd and Heather tells her that the baby is not Jason.

Steve comes clean with Olivia and tells him the sordid story of his own birth and his mother's crimes. Olivia is shocked but praises Steve for handling his past so well. Steve wonders if he should have been in contact with his mother and thinks maybe he could have prevented some of her crimes. Olivia tells him that it isn't his job to take care of his mother, she should have taken care of him.

Spinelli goes to Jason for advice on how to help Maxie. Jason tells Spinelli that he feels guilt over Robin's death also. Spinelli decides to save Maxie he will need to find the real killer of Lisa Niles. Jason decides that in order to free Sonny he needs to do the same and find who is really responsible for shooting out Anthony's tires and causing the accident.

Jason goes to see Michael.

What consequences will Maxie's confession have on her future? Can anyone help her?
What is Sam getting herself into by making deals with Heather Webber?
Will Steve go see his mother and what will she tell him?
